I'm a people watcher and I see things from the ground up.  Ay Chihuahua, I see so many "Fashionista Shoppers"..who look great from the back but, when they turn around I wonder what they are doing raiding their grandmother's closet! There's nothing more unattractive than an over the hill woman racing down the mountain in spandex...(unless the spandex is under her clothing)

Chulas, when you leave the house....check the mirror, are you "G" rated = Good to Go or "NR" = Not Realistic

Today's pearls of wisdom comes from many personal observations

Since I was a little girl I knew how to keep my mouth shut. (I know what you are thinking)
And FYI, we have our very own unique way of communicating!

There is something to be said for "let sleeping dogs lie"....because people can't change and if you expect them to the only one who will be disappointed is YOU

We all know someone who has "Chutzpah"....so much nerve that it makes your head spin like Linda Blair and the pea soup

So, take it from me...make a Healthy Choice (no, not the frozen food)....let them be because what comes around goes around...

Sit back, grab a box of popcorn and enjoy the show

From Puppyhood to Doghood

Happy National Puppy Day!

While puppies are cute.....clumsy little creatures that tug at your heartstrings....
Do remember that in a matter of months we grow into dogs. Our bodies take shape and our personalities blossom

Just like you in time...our hearing suffers and we might not see as well as before...but..we are still puppies at heart

And,  our love remains unconditional....

Take care of us as we do of you.....

I've noticed lately many people who respond to online postings never use their "real name"
They reveal their true self by hiding behind their cute fictitious "screen names".

In real life, people show you what they want you to see and in the underbelly of online life...
people show you who they really are and what they really see...

My Best Friend...

Hola Club Carnmenista Fans!

Tomorrow is my Cardiologist appointment at the hospital. My mom is always a mess before these appointments

Sometimes I wish I could say something to make her feel better. After all, I am her best friend
I know all her secrets and I hold them as though they were mine
That'a a  true best friend! Si?

The fact of the matter is as a best friend I can give my loyalty, love and comfort...and...that's something that will never change

And, besides...we have my "fiesta de quince años" to plan!

So, if you have a best friend you are as lucky as me.
